Quality, care, and service are paramount to ReelDope's brand.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will remedy the situation.

Do you guys offer refunds?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, we will request information regarding your claim in order to submit for a replacement or determine if another suitable resolution option is available.  In most cases refunds will not be granted to customers who have chosen incorrect sizing and/or color.  If however there is a discrepancy on our end, we are happy to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  In instances where a refund is warranted, funds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the original transaction.

We will request additional information regarding any discrepancy and/or refund request to find the best mutual option for you and to improve our products and service.

Can I return or exchange items?

Since we custom print all of our products to order, we don't typically accept returns or offer direct exchanges.  It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct sizing and color options for their items at the time of purchase.  If you wish to change your order after it is initially placed, please reach out to our support team within the first 24 hours to make any adjustments.

What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

Selecting the correct size and color option is a customer responsibility.  We do our best to provide accurate sizing information and color representations for the items we produce.  Please refer to the sizing guide, fit information, and photo mockups on each of our product pages to determine the best options for you.  If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support using our contact form for a recommendation.

Items requested to be reprinted/replaced due to customer related sizing or color discrepancies are subject to charge of $6 per shirt and $10 per hoodie for processing and shipping.

What about product or printing defects?

If an item is not up to our production quality standards, we will request a reprint of the product at no additional cost to you. In the instance you receive a product that is defective, simply use our contact form to initiate a trouble ticket. We will reply back with a request for you to provide photos of the product and defect in question in order for us to process the reprint.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since all of our products are custom printed to order, we don't typically accept exchanges. However, you may request modification or cancellation of your order if you submit your request the same day your order is placed. In most cases, we should be able to make the adjustment within the first 24 hours - as long as we receive your message in time to process the adjustment.

I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?

All garments are custom printed per order and ship from our providers within 2-3 business days.  Shipping times typically range from 5-7 business days depending on your location.  In super rare instances, your order might get lost or delayed in transit.  If 14 days have elapsed and you still have not received you order, please use our contact form to get in touch with us so we may investigate.  We typically respond back within 24 hours.

How long does it take to receive a refund if granted?

Refunds typically appear on your statement 7-10 business days after the refund is initiated.  If store credit is requested, it will be issued immediately after processing the request and will be emailed directly to you.  The total price of your refund or store credit may vary from the listed price of each item based on any discounts or taxes applied from the original order.  Please inform us if your credit card information has changed since your original order.
