We're intermittently experiencing production delays with our print providers due to COVID related business closures and increased demand. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 5 business days, but can take as long as 8-14 days in rare instances. If you haven't received your order in 14 days, please contact us so we can research the issue.
We automatically send items to production one hour after an order is placed. We are only able to make changes to orders within this one hour time frame. We are unable cancel items once production starts.
All of our items are printed/customized per order, and typically have a 1-4 business day turnaround. During peak times, production may take as long as 7 business days.
Shipping time is separate from production time and varies based upon your location. Shipping time starts when the carrier picks up the package from our provider and ends when it is delivered to your chosen shipping address. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order between 7-10 business days from the date your order was placed.
Tracking information will be provided to you via email once your order has been packed and is preparing to ship. Please be aware that due to reporting nuances with carrier systems, it may take up to 24-hours for tracking information to update. We recommend checking back occasionally to ensure you’re kept up to date with the latest available tracking information.
