I messed up when ordering and it was my fault! I didn’t order properly. I saw the blue shirt pictured, but in the cart it was toggling between all the different colors, so I actually selected one that I did not want. I was quick to send them an email as soon as I got my order receipt, which was immediate. They quickly pulled the order aside and stopped it. They then turned around and fulfilled the order with the blue shirt that I wanted. The shirt is quality. The colors is awesome, of course it’s hilarious and I could you not the first day I wore it to a coffee shop. This lady pulled me aside and said thank you for making my day. She said that is the greatest T-shirt. One more thing, then run slightly small. If you are on the line of extra large versus large, do what I did and take the large. Even that is slightly snug.

I bought the Regal Beagle shirt for myself but ordered the wrong size. My mistake led to my friend getting a cool free t-shirt. I ordered my correct size and mine came a week later. Along with the other eight shirts I bought. I get a lot of comments about the nine shirts I have so far. Keep it up guys. *Shirts are very comfortable. Order one size up though. After washing they are a slim fit. Whatever shirt you order you’re gonna like it.

When I ordered, I accidentally bought a size S, instead of a 2XL. When I contacted them for support, they answered my email the next day. They told me that they couldn't do an exchange, since the print to order, but they would do me a one-time favor. They printed me a 2XL and only charged me shipping!!!
Now THAT is what you call customer service. It's taking care of people, like this, that gets my repeat business and gets me telling my friends about them. This is a true mark of a company that isn't just in it for a buck. This is a company that cares about their clients. That is pretty rare, these days.
I'm so glad that ReelDope is a reputable company. They have SO MANY shirts I want to buy and, now, I have zero reservations about buying them.
